Vici.bio provides web-based tools and workflows for antibody design, structural modeling, and bioinformatics analysis using AI-driven models. These services may evolve over time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice.

3. Use of the Platform

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.
  • You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
  • You must not reverse-engineer, reproduce, or exploit any portion of the Platform without permission.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (if applicable).

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, models, trademarks, and designs on Vici.bio are the property of Vici.bio or its licensors. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

5. User Content

If you upload protein sequences, molecular data, or any other content (“User Content”), you retain ownership of your input. You grant Vici.bio a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze such content for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Model Outputs

Outputs generated by Vici.bio tools (e.g., antibody sequences, DockQ scores, predictions) are provided “as is” and for research use only. No guarantee is provided as to their accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or regulatory compliance.

7. Restrictions

  • You may not use the platform to design harmful, illegal, or unethical biological agents.
  • You may not use Vici.bio for medical diagnosis or treatment without appropriate regulatory approval.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Vici.bio makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all liability for damages arising from use of the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vici.bio or its founders, affiliates, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, revenue, or profits, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or Vici.bio.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

Vici.bio reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
